Our company is available to assist you in providing 3D CAD virtual construction coordination drawings for plumbing, piping, fire protection, electrical & air conditioning systems. We can also provide two dimensional (2D) and three dimensional (3D) computer aided design and drafting (CAD) services for 2D CAD bid sets or 3D CAD construction coordination drawings for all disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Architectural and Structural. We have worked on numerous projects that have used 3D CAD files to build a 3D CAD virtual model of hospitals, industrial buildings, schools and universities to coordinate various trades and eliminate conflicts or collisions between the various construction trades. Many of these projects have carried large contingencies for construction costs associated with coordination between trades, schedule changes and rework. The 3D CAD coordination drawings significantly reduce rework costs because they build the building in a virtual world and allow resolution of the conflicts before any systems are installed.
