Ron George's Full Resume

Mr. George is the president of the company and oversees all operations and oversees all design and consulting projects. Mr. George is very familiar with the plumbing and mechanical codes and standards and sits on numerous plumbing & mechanical codes and standards committees. He has over 32 years of experience designing plumbing and mechanical systems for several major architectural, engineering, and design & construct firms. He has served as an expert witness in many cases and performs forensic investigations all around the United States. He has designed plumbing, mechanical, and fire protection systems for all building types including airports, stadiums, industrial manufacturing facilities, office buildings, commercial and retail buildings, hospitals, laboratories, prisons, jails, hotels, apartment buildings, military projects, high rise and educational facilities.

Ryan Beaudrie - BIM CAD Coordinator/Mechanical Designer

Ryan joined Plumb-Tech Design & Consulting Services in May 2004. He had three years of prior CAD experience before joining the company. Ryan is in charge of managing and overseeing all of the companies Building Information Modeling projects along with the 3D CAD services. Ryan has managed the CAD services of the company since 2005 and has organized and standardized the department. He specializes in working on projects that involve a large team effort from our company along with other companies. Ryan was recently featured in the July 2008 issue of "Consulting - Specifying Engineer" Magazine in the "40 Under 40". He recently obtained his masters in Mechanical Engineering at Lawrence Technological University. He is a member of American Society of Plumbing Engineers, American Society of Sanitary Engineers and the American Society of Heating Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning Engineers.

Michelle Golden - Office Manager

Michelle is the Office Manager and oversees Payroll, Human Resources, Billing & Accounts Payable. She also handles all office travel arrangements and is the insurance plan coordinator.

Conrad Miller - BIM Specialist/CAD Operator

Conrad joined Plumb-Tech Design & Consulting Services in August 2004 and had over two years of prior CAD experience before joining the company. He is a key team member in providing Building Information Modeling and CAD services for many of our projects. He specializes in working on projects that require great attention to detail such as complex hospital projects that involve complicated medical gas and plumbing systems. He currently is pursuing his Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering at The University of Toledo.

Josh joined Plumb-Tech Design & Consulting Services in 2007 and had over three years of prior CAD experience before joining the company. Josh is a key team member in providing Building Information Modeling and 3D CAD services for many of our projects. He specializes in plumbing, mechanical, and medical gas systems. He excels on projects that require a very detailed set of drawings that are very vital to the projects success.
